How To Request A Quote:

1. Go to the product's page on our website and click the "Add to Quote" button.
If you only need this one item, click "View Quote."
For multiple items, click "Keep Browsing" and add the other items to your quote.
If you already have all the items added to your Cart, click the "Quote to Cart" button on the Cart page. This will create a quote request for all the items in your cart.

2. Enter your contact information and Shipping Address.
For the "Add Notes" section, input any notes you have, such as the below information.

  • Payment Method: We accept Credit/Debit Card or PayPal on our website. We also accept ACH or Bank Wire Transfer.
  • Shipping Method: We offer Free Economy/Ground Shipping. If you desire a different Shipping Method, or would like to ship on your own Shipping Account, please include this information in the Notes section.
  • Tax Exemption: We only charge sales tax in the State of California. If you are tax exempt, please mention it in the Comments section and email your Tax Exempt Certificate to sales@bolioptics.com

3. Click Submit.
Once you have submitted your request for quote, we will email you promptly with a PDF of your quote. We aim to provide this within the same day or within 1 business day.

 

Once you receive your quote:

  • If you are paying with Credit Card/PayPal, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your quote to easily complete your purchase on our website.
  • If you are paying with ACH or Bank Wire Transfer, please email your purchase order to sales@bolioptics.com. See our page on Purchase Orders here. 

International Orders

  • For all international orders (outside of the U.S.), we only accept payment by PayPal or Bank Wire Transfer (a $30 bank wire transfer fee will be charged for orders under $100).
  • If paying by PayPal, please place the order online and select PayPal as the Payment Method.
  • You are responsible for paying customs taxes, duties, and tariffs when you import our products in your country. See our International Orders Policy here.
