How To Request A Quote
1. Go to the product's page on our website and click the "Request for Quote" button.
If you only need this one item, click "Add to quote" in the quote pop up window.
To add more items to your quote, click "Continue Shopping" and search for the SKU of items that you need.
2. Enter your contact information
If you have any special requests, use the Note section for information such as:
- Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Card or PayPal on our website. If you want to pay by ACH or Bank Wire Transfer, please let us know.
- Shipping Method Request: You can require a specific Shipping Method or ship on your own Shipping Account.

Tax Exemption: We only charge sales tax in the State of California. If you are tax exempt, please mention it in the Comments section and email your Tax Exempt Certificate to sales@bolioptics.com
3. Click Submit Request
Once you have submitted your request for quote, we will email you promptly with a PDF of your quote. We aim to provide this within the same day or within 1 business day.
Once you receive your quote:
- If you are paying with Credit Card/PayPal, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your quote to easily complete your purchase on our website.
- If you are paying with ACH or Bank Wire Transfer, please email us at sales@bolioptics.com for more information.
International Orders
- For all international orders (outside of the U.S.), we can accept payment by Bank Wire Transfer (a $30 bank wire transfer fee will be charged for orders under $100).
- If duties were not included on your invoice, you are responsible for paying customs taxes, duties, and tariffs when you import our products in your country. See our International Orders Policy here.
