How to place your Purchase Order depends on your payment method.
1. If you are paying with Credit Card or PayPal, place your PO online.
- Add the items to your cart and check out. On the checkout page, enter your Purchase Order Number in the Comments section.
- This Purchase Order # will be on the confirmation email and packing list when we ship your order.
- If you want to ship the order on your shipping account, please note this in the comments.
- Once you place the order online, you do not need to email us the Purchase Order again.
Quote: If you have been provided with a quote, click the link in the quote to checkout on the website with the quoted prices. If you need to request a quote before placing your order, see here.
Tax Exemption: We only charge sales tax in the State of California. If you are tax exempt:
- Create an account on our website.
- Email us your tax exempt certificate or resale certificate to sales@bolioptics.com and to notify us that you have created an account.
- We will reply to your email once your account has been set to tax exempt. We aim to do so within one business day.
2. If you are paying with ACH or Bank Wire Transfer, email your PO to sales@bolioptics.com
If you are requesting NET 30 Terms, please email us your W-9, bank information, and 3 trade references.
