How can I pay for my order?
We only accept PayPal or Bank Wire Transfer as the forms of payment for international orders.
To pay by PayPal, place your order online and select PayPal as the Payment Method.

How fast do you ship international orders?
Once your payment is received, processing and shipping your order is usually done within 1 business day.

What shipping method do you use for international orders?
We offer shipping through UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We can also bill the shipping charge to your shipping account. If you prefer this, please email us at sales@bolioptics.com

How much are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges depend on the country you are in. You can get an estimate of how much your shipping charges will cost at Check Out (at the 'Shipping' Step). Once you input your shipping address, an automatically generated estimate will show up.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Other Applicable Fees
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and any additional fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid directly to the carrier or customs office upon delivery.

Customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees might be applicable for some countries. Please contact the Customs Office of your country to find the rate. All customs Duties, Import Taxes, Vats, brokerage fees, etc, if any, are the customer's responsibility.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a customer refuses a package upon delivery, fails to pay the required customs duties or fees, or does not claim the package, the carrier may return the package to us. However, return shipping fees and any associated charges (such as return billing fees from the carrier) will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

If the customer refuses the package or abandons it, resulting in the package being lost, destroyed, or returned to the sender at an excessive cost, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Any return shipping fees and carrier-imposed return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the return shipping costs exceed the item’s value, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
