Boli Optics maintains a firm commitment to your privacy. All information provided is considered confidential and intended solely for transaction-related purposes only. We do not sell, rent or trade any customer information, including your email address, to third parties. We recognize that identity theft and spam are growing concerns with our customers, and we will protect any information given to us with the highest degree of integrity and security. We utilize standard SSL encryption when accepting credit card information during online ordering and all online orders are placed through a secure server. After your order is completed, your credit card number will be deleted from our store.
To further enhance our security measures, no customer information is kept on our website and all credit card numbers are deleted from our accounting system after seven days. The only people who have access to credit card information are the operations manager and those directly responsible for card authorization.
We share other personal information, and only that information which is absolutely necessary, with parties that are involved in the processing or shipping of your order. This includes the financial institution that processes your credit card and the shipping carrier that delivers your order only.
Our secure shopping cart is integrated with PayPal, which safely encrypts and transmits your personal information.
If you know what to order, please order the item(s) directly online by creating an account, adding the item(s) you'd like to your cart, then checking out. Our website offers SSL encrypted secure ordering and accepts PayPal, Visa Card, American Express Card, Master Card and Discover Card, payment via check, and payment via bank wire transfer.
For your protection, credit card payment through our online store has a $500 transaction limit. For purchases higher than $500 by credit card, please call us at 909-931-3626. We will confirm your information and verify the order before processing the transaction. Alternatively, you may use PayPal to pay via credit card for orders over $500, or use Bank Wire Transfer.
We offer Net 30 terms to public educational institutions and organizations that we have previously approved, only within the United States.
Orders not previously approved must be prepaid via PayPal, credit card, company check, or bank wire transfer.

After your checks are cleared in the banks, the products will be shipped.
We ship purchase orders internationally. All international orders are required to pay by bank wire transfer. Please call or email us if you are an international customer. See our international orders policy here.
Custom orders that are specially made according to buyers accepted only through payment in full prior to manufacturing at our factory. For pricing, please contact us for a quote via email.

Within the United States: We accept Paypal payments, major credit cards, money orders / cashier's checks, company / personal checks, and bank transfer for domestic orders.
For international orders: We are only able to accept bank wire transfers as a method of payment.

Within United States, they accept PayPal payments for Visa / Master / Discover / American Express Your purchase order will be shipped out within 24-48 hours once the fund is credited to our account if there are no errors or pending issues.

We will send you the invoice with details of your order and total amount. We need you to respond and confirm items, total amount charged to your credit card, and ship-to address. After we receive your confirmation, we will ship your order out within 24 hours.

Your order will be shipped after our bank has processed your check (typically 7-8 days from receipt of your check).
Bank Transfer (U.S. & International)
Request a quote from us for an official order amount to remit payment against. There is a $30 middle bank fee to pay by Bank Wire Transfer. Once all details are agreed upon, we can provide our bank information by email to you. Please include the $30 middle bank fee in your payment. All international orders are required to pay by bank wire transfer. Please call or email us if you are an international customer. Your purchased merchandise will be shipped out the same day or the second day after your payment is received in our bank account.
Customs duties and brokerage fees might be applicable for some countries. All duties and brokerage feeds, if any, are the buyers' responsibility. Please contact the Customs Office of your country to find the rate.
Price Match Guarantee
We are committed to providing you with quality microscopes and accessories at the best prices. If you find the same new product advertised elsewhere for a lower price within 30 days after your purchase, we will gladly match our competitor's price. Please note that eBay auction prices are not eligible (however "Buy It Now" prices are). To request a price match, please email us through our Contact Us page with a direct link to the listing showing the price for verification.
30 Day Inspection Period
We care about our customers. If our products do not meet your requirements within the 30-day inspection period, please contact us for a return by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization Number RMA#. As long as we receive the returned merchandise in the new condition, we will refund your payment less insurance, shipping and handling fees right away.
Applicable Law, Venue and Limitation of Actions
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to agreements made and entirely to be performed within California, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. Regardless of where you access this site, you agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be filed and adjudicated only in the federal or state courts located in Orange County, California, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these terms and conditions.
Our website structure, database, pictures, specifications and literature are created and developed by Boli Optics Inc. Nobody is allowed to copy and use for commercial purposes without formal written authorization from Boli Optics Inc., otherwise legal action will be taken.
