Return Policy

Industry Standard Return Policy
Boli Optics offer a thirty (30) day inspection period for returns. The 30 days begin from the delivery date of your order to test and inspect the product. If the item does not meet your needs, please email us (sales@bolioptics.com) within 30 days for an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number. Please retain the original box and all packaging to ensure the item is in resalable condition. All returns must include a pre-approved RMA number.

If you contact us via email within the inspection period for a return, you may be refunded the purchase amount, minus applicable deductions if any, which may include original shipping and handling costs. Deductions and restocking fees will be assessed based on the condition of the product, and reason for return. Instruments showing marks, such as scratches and dents, etc., due to usage will not be acceptable for refund.


Items Damaged in Transit
If your item is damaged during shipping, please report these damages to the shipping company responsible, request a damage claim number from them, and forward it to us. Please take pictures of the damages and email them to us. We will have the shipping company pick up the damaged package. Upon receipt of the claim number from you or the shipping company, we will ship your replacement items.

Wrong Items Received
If you received a wrong item or items are missing from your order, please contact us right away. Please take a picture of the received item and email it to us. Upon confirmation, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you for the return. Once the item is returned and received by us, we will immediately ship you the correct item.

Missing Items
You must notify us within 30 days of receipt if there is a problem with your order. Please contact us right away if anything is missing. Before reporting a missing item, please thoroughly check all of the packaging materials. Please check with the courier’s website to see if more than one box was shipped for your order, as they may arrive at different times.

Custom Orders
Customized products and special orders not from our usual product line are final sale, meaning they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If the wrong product was sent, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. If the product was received defective or damaged, Boli Optics will notify the shipper/carrier if a claim needs to be filed. If no shipping claim is required, then it is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipment to Boli Optics. Once received, Boli Optics or the factory/manufacturer will inspect the product. If the product the customer received is defective during manufacturing, the customer will be sent a replacement at no cost.

Request an RMA Number
To request an RMA Number, please email us with a written request including your order or invoice number. Please include a detailed note regarding the reason(s) for the return, and the model number of the product(s) you wish to return. Once you have received an RMA number from our offices, you may return the item. Without an RMA number, your item will be returned to sender at the sender's expense, so please be sure to send items back only with an RMA number issued from us at Boli Optics.

The product will be processed once it is received at our facilities. Items returned must be received back in the same, new condition with all original packing material and accessories that it was originally shipped in order to receive a full refund less shipping and handling cost. If this is not the case, a restocking fee will be assessed. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

If you think you have received a defective product(s), you must contact us within 30 days.

Non-Inventory and/or discounted items are final sale ONLY. You can return for refund if a non-inventory item is defective.

Return Instructions

Returns must be pre-approved prior to shipping. Email us for an RMA Number. Items returned without an RMA Number will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense, so please do not send any products to us without prior approval.

Returns must be repackaged in the original shipping materials. Items must be returned in the original packing materials and received back in “like new” condition. Using other packing may result in a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund amount.

Instruments must be received in New Condition. Instruments showing marks, such as scratches and dents, etc., due to usage will not be acceptable for refund.

All items and accessories must be returned. Items missing parts or accessories will not be acceptable for refund or have at least 25% deducted from the refund amount.

Bulk returns of orders that require 5 or more items may incur a 20% restocking fee when returning for a refund. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

After 30 Days, returns are considered on a case by case basis, and will include a 20% restocking fee if approved.
